TRUSTED BUILDING INSPECTIONS
A NSW Building Inspection report is a visual inspection of the condition of all accessible areas within and around a building, with the results presented in a comprehensive written building inspection report. All Building Inspection reports comply fully with Australian Standard AS 4349.1. 2007.
What’s included in the Package?
As part of our through building inspection, we will assess the following areas:
- Interior of the building
- Roof space
- Exterior of the building
- Sub-floor space
- Roof exterior
- Surrounding property within 30m of the building
How soon will I receive the reports?
You will receive the NSW Building Report via email on the following business day, provided that the payment has been received.
